Program Partners

Our Program Partners contribute financially to the success of our organization. Without their assistance, we would not be able to continue our work of creating safe and healthy homes.  There are numerous ways to become a program sponsor.

There are numerous ways to become a program sponsor.

National Rebuilding Day

Rebuilding Day sponsors help underwrite our one-day renovation event. Sponsors provide a financial contribution and – if you wish – a team of volunteers to work on a home or community project. RTD can provide excellent benefits to sponsor groups, including recognition on the RTD website, on event signage, and on our social media sites, based on donation amount.

Seasonal Safe@Home

Seasonal Safe@Home sponsors help to provide the necessary materials and often the volunteers to complete projects. Each summer, we work with volunteer groups (summer camps, local youth groups and high school groups, small corporate groups, and other local volunteer groups) on projects that are matched with when volunteers are available. Typical summer and fall projects are landscaping, community clean-ups, and exterior painting projects.

 In-Kind

RTD is grateful for the donations we receive from businesses and individuals. Some companies donate their own products, such as paint, lumber, new appliances, office supplies, or work tools, and others offer their professional services on rebuild sites. Based on donation size/amount sponsors receive recognition on the RTD website and newsletter.

Operations

In order to execute RTD’s outreach, fundraising, and program activities at the office, RTD depends on annual grants and donations from businesses and individuals which can go towards particular projects or general operational expenses. Thanks to our current and recurring sponsors: our office space is generously donated by the Greater Dayton RTA. Our staff members’ salaries are covered by two local government grants. Therefore, when you donate to Rebuilding Together Dayton, your donation goes directly to help low-income homeowners in need in our community. Every dollar donated generates another $4 in in-kind labor & materials.
