What is the application process?

Interested applicants should either print or call for an application (937) 223-4893. Once a completed application has been submitted, with accurate proof of income, the application will be put on our in process list. Once the application comes up our Project Manager will call to schedule an appointment for an assessment. Once the assessment has bee complete the recipient will be notified if we will be able to assist them. If we are able to provide assistance the recipient will be contacted by a contractor to schedule a time to come to the home. The contractor will then submit a bid for the job to us, we will then approve or deny the bid. The winning contractor will then begin work on the project.
